Soursop
The soursop is a thorny heart-shaped fruit from the soursop tree, a tree measuring between 3 and 10 meters high. This small fruit can weigh between one and four kilos. It reaches maturity three years after planting. Its edible flesh is sweet and tart. Its pulp is white and has inedible black grains. It helps in particular to fight against insomnia. It also plays a role in fighting stress and even depression.

Ginger
Ginger is a plant that is often known for its root with aphrodisiac properties. In reality, its benefits are much more numerous. The underground part of ginger contains various active ingredients including gingerols and shogaols. These give it an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and toning activity. Studies show that ginger rhizome also has a preventive effect against nausea and vomiting.

Bissap
Guinea sorrel (Hibiscus sabdariffa), also called roselle, is a herbaceous plant of the Malvaceae family. This plant grows exclusively in regions with a tropical climate in West Africa. This shrub can reach up to 3 meters in height and produces wonderful flowers with bright red calyxes. It is consumed in Africa for its nutritional properties and health benefits. The bissap would promote digestion and transit thanks to its diuretic action. It would also have hypotensive properties, would help fight against high blood pressure and protect the heart, thus helping to prevent cardiovascular diseases.
